How to change the background color to dark color in Spyder

How to change the background color of the Spyder used in the Python development environment to a dark color.

Change method

Tools -> Preferences.

Preferences

Select Appearance from the left menu.

Select Dark in the Interface theme and select Monokai in the Syntax highlighting theme.

Monokai is a color style created by Wimer Hazenberg, and I like it because it has a calm color palette.

Restarting Spyder changes the theme color.
